This Chicken 65 packs flavour from yoghurt, chilli, garlic, ginger and Street BBQ Indian, giving you crunchy, juicy bites perfect as a snack, side or quick dinner.
Method
1. Marinate the Chicken

In a mixing bowl, combine oil, yoghurt, rice flour and corn flour.

Add chilli powder, minced garlic, minced ginger and a generous shake of Street BBQ Indian.

Add diced chicken and coat well.

Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavour.

2. Air Fry

Place chicken pieces evenly on a rack inside the air fryer basket.

Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through.

Remove once crispy and cooked through.

3. Finish & Serve

Toss chicken with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Garnish with sliced red chilli.

Serve with a side of cucumber yoghurt to cool the heat.
