What You Will Need
1 x Street BBQ Balinese Satay
6 x deboned skin on chicken thigh diced
Serve with
- Side of sambal Oelek
- Salad of torn iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber & mint
- Satay sauce (this can be made with mixing a little of the Balinese satay with coconut cream)
N.B Fire up your desired BBQ but we love using a hibachi style for skewers
Marinate the diced chicken thigh in Balinese Satay for 30 minutes, then skewer.
Add the skewers to the heat and turn consistently until cooked.
Drink match: - if it’s not Bintang beer it’s not right ….. but maybe a tequila, lime and lemonade or a cheeky Bundy rum and cola
