
Brazilian Jalapeño Poppers by Street BBQ

These poppers bring the heat, the smoke, and that cheesy, crispy bite that gets the party started. Perfect for BBQs, game days, or anytime you want flavour that moves.
Ingredients
- 6 large fresh jalapeños, halved & deseeded
- 100g cream cheese or mascarpone
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or tasty)
- 2 tsp Street BBQ Brazilian seasoning
- 12 strips streaky bacon
- Toothpicks (optional, for securing)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated cheese, and Street BBQ Brazilian seasoning.

Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.

Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

Wrap with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.

Grill or bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the jalapeños are tender.
