Ingredients
- 4 lamb leg steaks
- Street BBQ Greek seasoning
- 4 pita pockets
- 1 cup babaganoush
- Handful of baby spinach
- Pickled chillies (or your favourite pickles)
- Olive oil
1. Drizzle & Season your lamb leg steaks with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Street BBQ Greek.
2. Grill over flame, pan, or BBQ until medium. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
3. Warm up those pita pockets until soft and just a little crisp.
4. Fill ‘em up with a spoonful of babaganoush, a handful of baby spinach, and a few pickled chillies.
