
Texan Tacos - Smokin South Style
These Texan tacos bring bold BBQ energy with sizzling beef, smoky spice, and a hit of heat in every bite. Perfect for taco night with a Southern twist.
Ingredients
- 400g beef sizzle steak
- SmokinSouth Texan seasoning
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup avocado salsa (with coriander & lime)
- Hot pickled chillies or jalapeños
- Your favourite hot sauce (pssstt it is this one - CRACK FOX)
Instructions

Generously season both sides of your sizzle steaks with SmokinSouth Texan rub.

Grill over high heat for 2 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked to your liking.

Warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry pan until soft and slightly crisp.

Slice the beef thinly and toss it with the avocado salsa.

Assemble tacos: load tortillas with the beef mix, add hot pickled chillies, and finish with a Crack Fox hot sauce hit.
