What You Will Need:
- 1 x Smokin South Louisiana
- Chicken ribs 800g chicken ribs
- Extra Virgin olive oil
“Glazing Sauce” - Ingredients
- 100g x butter
- 3 tablespoons x chilli sauce (your option)
- 1 tablespoon x honey
- 2 teaspoons x Smokin South Louisiana
- Add all into a pot and gently heat until fully incorporated.
To the BBQ!
In a bowl add the chicken ribs, some oil and enough SS Louisiana until generously coated. Let sit for 10 mins.
Heat your BBQ until medium, lightly oil the ribs again and place onto the BBQ, cook for 10 minutes turning 2-3 times.
Place the ribs into a clean bowl and add a little of the Glazing sauce and toss. Place onto a serving dish with the sauce on the side to dip into.
