• 250g Pork loin, sliced into thin strips
• Street BBQ Japanese seasoning
• 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
• 1 ½ tablespoons Sesame oil
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 ½ tablespoons Any color miso
• 1 ½ tablespoons Soy sauce
• 1 ½ tablespoons Mirin
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Miso Dipping Sauce
1. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden and fragrant. Let them cool.
2. Once cooled, place the sesame seeds in a jar and add the miso, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and a teaspoon of Street BBQ Japanese seasoning.
3. Secure the lid and shake well until all the ingredients are fully combined. Set aside.
